A Reflection of Choreographic Tasks/Processes

In this blog I will be talking about the journey I take, whilst producing my solo choreography performance, working in a group of 3.  In the first Practical choreography class, we were introduced to 6 compelling images, and had to annotate them in depth.  There was one picture that particularly astonished me, and I voted for this later on in class in our blind vote, to help decide which groups we would work in.  This was the image I chose: (Kurucz, 2018) I would love to focus in to the idea of feeling trapped and isolated, as I felt the image had a clear box which the character was caught in, and I had an interesting idea where the character (me as the soloist) could be glamorous and content when in this certain boxed area, however as soon as they step out of the box, they lose all happiness and become dejected and sorrowful, showing the audience that their true feelings are usually invisible to the naked eye.  Additionally, this could relate to social media, and how...
